I usually have a headset on but may be in the middle of helping another client. If leaving a message, voice message or document attachments – be patient as I will respond as soon as I am able.
For less urgent requests, outside working hours or just at a time that suits you, there are “Self-service”options by using my Scheduling Application: ServiceM8. It can be seen in the footer of every page on the website.

Frequent Questions
What areas do you cover in Bunbury?
I am based in Withers, but do plumbing and gasfitting work throughout Bunbury and the surrounding towns and communities. Jobs south of Gelorup and north of Australind, may incur some travel charges – but this will be communicated at time of booking.
What payment options are there?
My preferred payment method is Direct Banking using PayID or my account details which are on all invoices. I do accept cash and can process Credit/Debit cards using the Square Reader. Processing fees may apply to cards. I can accept old fashioned cheques also.
How do Fixed Price Services work?
A select range of minor services have fixed prices. This means you only pay the amount advertised. These services are Self-booked online at a time of your choosing. Some have options. T&C apply.
What info do you need to book a job?
Its a friction-free process. If you book by mobile phone I will get you to text a message requesting a plumbing service with your basic details: Name. Address and authority to engage. (You are the owner or tenant with permission to hire a contractor directly). I prefer also having an email address. If you are not computer savvy, and only have a landline I will get you to sign an authority to work when I arrive on site.
