My goal is to build a loyal and satisfied client base in the Bunbury community, that is happy with the work I do and who would be likely to call on me again.
My goal is to develop an honest and open working relationship with my clients and customers, with a focus on providing timely and cost-effective solutions, good communication and options. The expectation is that you will then be confident to recommend others, to make enquiries for their plumbing needs. I value honest feedback and provide various means to leave comments and suggestions through social media and on this website. So – “Yes! the buck stops with me”. 10/10 service I had a plumber booked in to do a job he cancel on me last me and I was getting my investment house kitchen replaced. So it didn’t leave me much time to get another plumber being so close to end of year i rang 4 different plumbers down in Bunbury and all couldn’t help me with such a short notice. Than I came across Steven what absolutely awesome guy to work with as I don’t live down in Bunbury and when I rang him he said he can do it the afternoon what a life save and I had problems with the kitchen when it was getting fitted and I need him there the next morning to fix it so the cabinet maker can finish of the Job and he did the very next morning. I would highly recommend and I will be using him again
